1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Facades Of Teaching Buildings Together With The Reconstruction Of The Installation Draining Eaves Water From The Roof Slopes (Main Building No. 51 A And The So-Called Academy No. 51 C), Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People At Building No. 51 C And Installation Of A Lift For Disabled People At Building No. 51 A. All Works Will Be Performed On The Plot No. 3915/11 Of The Technical School Complex In Łańcut.2. Construction Works Will Be Performed In An Active Facility, Partially Closed For Use During The Holiday Period, Therefore The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Secure The Works Inside The Facility And The Area Around The Facility Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, While Enabling Students And Employees Of The Facility To Function On An Ongoing Basis. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Will Enable The Facility To Function During The Period Of The Works And To Regularly Tidy Up The Access To The Property.
