1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage System In The Town Of Szewce, Commune. Nowiny, Voivodeship Świętokrzyskie. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of 2 Parts: Part 1 - Construction Of The Water Supply Network In The Town Of Szewce Investment On Plots No. 273/9, 274/16, Commune. Nowiny, Water Supply Network Made Of Dn100 Ductile Iron Pipes, Length Approx. L = 177.10 M, Together With Ons Booms For Connections Made Of Pe100 Sdr11 Pn16 Pipes Ø40x3.7 Mm, Length Approx. L = 28.5 M.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Recreate The Existing Surface After Completing The Construction And Installation Works Of Water And Sewage Networks, Which Should Be Included In The Offer Price.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In: A) Design Documentation, Which Is An Annex To The Swz, Containing: • Construction Design, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, B) Bill Of Quantities, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is For Information Purposes Only And Does Not Constitute An Independent Basis For Calculating The Offer Price. After Reviewing The Design Documentation And Other Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Result.4. If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards, European Standards Or International Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz May Indicate The Producers Of The Products Or Their Sources Of Origin, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Technical Parameters Of The Products Indicated In This Way Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Ordering Party As To The Quality Of The Products To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, In Each Case, Stating That The Description Or Feature Of The Described Product, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, The Contractor Is Also Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Means Those With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Swz And/Or In The Annexes To The Swz. It Is Also Allowed To Demonstrate This Equivalence With Standards Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Opz. The Burden Is On The Contractor To Indicate Equivalence.
