The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform All Work Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Task Carried Out Under The Title: Reconstruction, Superstructure And Expansion Of The Village Cultural Center In Morawina, The Contractor Is Obliged To Design And Build The Subject Of The Investment In Accordance With The Ffu, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards, Technical Knowledge And Construction Art. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Development Of Design, Technical And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Project In Accordance With The Attached Functional And Utility Program Along With The Decision To Building Permit/Notification Of Construction Works. B) Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Construction And Technical Design Approved By The Ordering Party. The Functional And Utility Program Describes The Characteristics And Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Design, Reconstruction, Superstructure And Expansion Of The Subject Of The Investment. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare All Necessary Design Studies Together With The Necessary Opinions And Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary Decisions, Permits, Arrangements Or Opinions Of Other Authorities, As Well As Other Documents Required By Special Regulations And To Build (Carry Out Construction And Sanitary Works) And Electrical) And Put Into Operation The Reconstruction, Superstructure And Expansion Of The Village Cultural Center In Morawina. The Documents Included In The Pfu Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Is An Annex To This Swz. The Warranty Period Is 60 Months. If The Swz, Pfu Indicates The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such References Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Technical And Qualitative Features Of The Subject Of The Order Should Comply With Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area.
