The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Renovation And Construction Works Of The Entrance And Ground Floor Of The Building Of The District Office Of The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture In Łęczyca (Code: 99-100) At Ul. Zachodnia 8 In Terms Of Improving Architectural Accessibility. As Part Of The Elimination Of Barriers In The Building Aimed At Ensuring Accessibility For All People, In Particular For Disabled People And Seniors, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Installation Of Ramps For The Disabled, Adaptation Of The Customer Service Room, Doors, Passages And Bathrooms. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Renovation And Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Technical Standards, Construction Law Provisions, Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Described In The Swz And Annexes, And In Particular In The Draft Contract, Constituting Appendix No. 11 To The Swz Together With The Annexes: 2.1. Bill Of Quantities For Construction Works (Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract), 2.2. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 2 To The Draft Contract), 2.3. Design Documentation, I.E. Views And Description (Annex No. 3 To The Draft Contract).3. The Ordering Party Informs That It Withdraws From Performing Some Of The Works Specified In The Documents In Chapter I.1. Point 3 Of The Swz And The Finishing Materials Used. The Scope Of Changes In Construction Works And Finishing Materials Is Indicated In The Document Entitled: Annex To The Project Regarding Changes In The Scope Of Works And Specifications Of Finishing Materials.4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In A Building In Constant Use, Therefore The Place Of Construction Works Should Be Properly Secured So That The Work Performed Does Not Interfere With The Functioning Of The Ordering Party And Does Not Pose A Threat To People Staying In The Facility And Its Vicinity - In Particular Employees And Beneficiaries - In Terms Of Occupational Health And Safety.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Using Materials Provided By The Contractor. The Materials Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction Specified In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Or Equivalent To Those Specified Above.
