The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Construction Of A Complete Foundation Slab For A Cloakroom And Sanitary Building, - Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of A Systemic Cloakroom And Sanitary Building Consisting Of 5 Segments Along With A Set Of Internal Equipment And Internal Installations, - Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation On A Supporting Substructure Mounted On The Roof Of The Building, - Construction Of A Water Supply Connection To The Building, - Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Connection To The Building, - Construction Of A Metered Electricity Connection To The Building. The Ordering Party Attaches The Bill Of Quantities Of Works, And At The Same Time Informs That The Amounts Of Construction Works Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Are Indicative, Constitute Auxiliary Material In Order To Present The Technology Of Performing The Works And Are Intended To Inform The Contractors Only About The Nature And Approximate Size Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Basic And Accompanying Construction Works, Services And Supplies Related To The Execution Of The Order, Described In The Swz, Resulting From From The Applicable Legal Provisions And The Developed Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Attaches A Proposed Schedule On The Basis Of Which Payments Will Be Made For The Execution Of Individual Parts Of The Works. The Contractor Selected In The Tender Is Obliged To Submit A Completed Schedule To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract. After Signing The Contract, It Will Be Possible To Change The Schedule Only In The Situations Referred To In § 4 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
