The Renovation Involves The Construction Of A New Crushed Aggregate Base On An Improved Base Stabilized With A Hydraulic Binder And A New Asphalt Surface Consisting Of A Binding Layer Of Asphalt Concrete And A Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete.
