1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Existing Road Markings On County Roads In The Mielec Poviat With Thin-Layer Materials (Chlorinated Rubber Paint, Reflective Paint). Individual Types Of Marking Include Longitudinal Signs - Lines (Mainly Edge And Segregation Lines), Transverse And Supplementary Signs (Pedestrian Crossings, Arrows And Other Elements). The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Chapter Iii Of This Tor - In Accordance With The Bid Cost Estimate - Annex No. 1. The Task Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 2. Of Chapter Iii; The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee Period For Construction Works In The Range Of 10 - 15 Months;2. The Contractor Is Responsible For Properly Securing The Work Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area After Completing The Works;3. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order;4. The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code, The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, And The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law;5. Whenever In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, Order Documentation, In All Items In Which There Are Trademarks, Patents Or Sources Of Origin Of Materials Or Devices, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices, I.E. With No Worse Technical Parameters, And The Indicated Products Or Devices Should Be Treated As Exemplary Solutions. The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That They Will Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order And Will Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Technical Documentation. 6. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And The System Of Technical References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And 3 Of The Pzp, When Ordering, The Ordering Party Shall Indicate In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4, That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Obligation To Include In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Technical Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And To Demonstrate The Provision Of Equivalence Parameters Lies With The Contractor. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present, Along With The Offer, Evidence Of The Equivalence Of The Products Offered By Him In Relation To Those Specified In The Technical Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (E.G.
