The Subject Of The Order Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Is: Extension Of The Sanitary Sewage And Water Supply Network In The Dąbrowa Tarnowska Commune In 2026, As Part Of The Budgetary Tasks: - Extension Of The Water Supply Network In The Village, - Extension Of The Sanitary Sewage Network In The Village, - Extension Of The Sanitary Sewage And Water Supply Network In The City, In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Pfu And Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To This Swz Ffu - Functional And Utility Program, And The 11Th Financial Statement Of The Investment. 1.2.1 The Execution Of The Task Will Include, Among Others: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Including The Construction And Executive Design, Development Of Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bioz Plan - In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Ffu And This Swz (If Applicable). 2) The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of A Construction Permit/Notification Of Construction Works/Notification To The Network Operator. 3) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Conditioning The Design And Implementation Of Construction Works And Handing Over The Facility (Network) For Use And Its Operation. 4) Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With The Project(S) And Application(S) Approved By The Investor, Including The Construction, Delivery And Installation Of Devices And Equipment For The Facilities (Network) - In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law, Ffu And This Swz. The Contractor Will Submit Confirmation Of Submission Of Appropriate Applications For Construction Permits / Notification Of Commencement Of Works For All Sections To The Ordering Party No Later Than August 30, 2026. 5) Development And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Complete As-Built Documentation As Well As Operation And Maintenance Instructions, Job Instructions, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Instructions.
