The Subject Of The Order Is The Extension Of District Road No. 1837C On The Section Of The Streets: Nowe Osiedle, Freta, Kościelna, Rynek, Kościuszki, 11 Listopada, 3 Maja In The Town Of Górzno At Km From 0+000 To 0+527 And From 1+287 To 2+180 - Stage Ii.2. This Procedure Is Being Conducted For The Purpose Of Awarding An Order For The Expansion Of District Road No. 1837C - Stage Ii (Part 2 Of The Order). Each Part Of The Contract Is Awarded In A Separate Procurement Procedure. This Procedure Does Not Specify The Parts Of The Order For Which Partial Offers May Be Submitted. 3. The Description And Scope Of Construction Works For The Expansion Of The District Road Are Specified In The Design Studies Entitled Expansion Of The District Road No. 1837C On The Section Of The Streets: Nowe Osiedle, Freta, Kościelna, Rynek, Kościuszki, 11 Listopada, 3 Maja In The City Of Górzno For The Road Industry, Sanitary Industry (In Terms Of Rainwater Drainage), Telecommunications Industry, Energy Industry (In Terms Of Road Lighting). This Subject Of The Order Covers The Execution Of Works Constituting Stage 2 Of The Investment, I.E. From Km 0 + 000 To 0 + 527 And From Km 1 + 287 To 2 + 180 Of The Mileage Specified In The Construction Designs Of The Above-Mentioned Industries. The Ordering Party Requires The Return Of Demolition Materials On The Terms Specified In § 2 Of The Draft Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of This Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Swz And In The Design Documentation Referred To In Section 3, Attached To The Swz, Including In Accordance With The Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Conditions Resulting From Applicable Standards, Technical Regulations And Construction Law.5. The Construction Project That Is The Subject Of This Order Has A Valid Decision Authorizing The Commencement Of Construction Works, I.E. The Decision Permitting The Implementation Of The So-Called Road Investment. Zrid Decision.6. It Is Recommended That Contractors Make A Local Visit To The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented In Order To Assess The Documents And Information Provided As Part Of The Procedure In Question.
