The Subject Of The Order Includes The Modernization Of The 2Nd Jordan Garden On The Plot With Registration Number 63, Area 1-01-26, With An Area Of ​​17,965.69 M2, Located At Ul. Odyńca 6 In Warsaws Mokotów District. The Modernization Includes The Removal Of Part Of The Existing Landscaping, Its Revitalization, Construction Of A New One With A Recreational Area And Replacement Of Playground Equipment And A Multi-Functional Playing Field Made Of A Polyurethane-Rubber Surface In A Circular Shape With A Diameter Of 34 M, And The Replacement Of Area Lighting, As Well As The Construction Of A Water Fountain And A Municipal Toilet With Installation And Connections. Paths And Sidewalks Made Of Mineral And Mineral-Resin Or Gravel And Stone Surfaces, A Recreational Area With Sand Or Safe Polyurethane-Rubber Surface. The Playing Field And Relaxation Area Have A Surface Made Of Composite Boards. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes Shaping And Reclamation Of Lawns And Planting Trees, Shrubs And Ornamental Plants. The Existing Trees Require Pruning. Before Carrying Out The Revitalization Works, It Will Be Necessary To Make Water And Sewage Connections, Build A Water Tank And Install An Electrical Installation To Power The Water Fountain And The Toilet. Debris And Other Unnecessary Post-Demolition Materials Will Be Removed From The Work Site.
