1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of Educational Infrastructure In The Skrzyszów Commune.2. For The Implementation Of This Task, The Skrzyszów Commune Obtained Funding Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 5. European Funds Supporting Social Infrastructure, Measure 5.5 Educational Infrastructure - Zit, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Developed Taking Into Account The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter: Ffu), Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Swz, As Well As Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes. In Case Of Discrepancies Between The Provisions Contained In The Swz And The Provisions Contained In The Ffu, The Provisions Of The Swz Apply.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of Educational Infrastructure In The Skrzyszów Commune,2) Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit And All Necessary Opinions, Permits, Administrative Decisions And Arrangements Enabling The Conduct Of Construction Works,3) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works,4) Conducting Surveying Services, Including In Particular Marking Out And Inventorying Approved By The Territorially Competent Department Of Surveying,5) Carrying Out Turnkey Construction And Assembly Works, Including: Construction Of The Facility Including Internal Installations, Execution Of Utility Connections And Land Development, Delivery And Installation Of Fixed And Movable Equipment, 6) All Formalities Related To Obtaining The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit From The Relevant Construction Supervision Inspectorate - If Required, Or Submitting A Notification Of Completion Of Construction Along With Obtaining A Discontinuation Decision, 7) Development, Implementation And Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation, Operation And Maintenance Manual For The Facility And The Systems Used, In Paper And Electronic Versions.
