1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula Related To The Construction Of A Police Station On Plot Number 187/1, Located In Stawiszyn At Ul. Kaliska. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract As Part Of The Basic Contract Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of The New Headquarters Of The Police Station In Stawiszyn Along With Land Development, Including Architectural, Construction, Technical And Executive Design, Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As Submitting The Necessary Notifications And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions Required In The Construction Process, Including Obtaining The Conditions For Connection To The Network And A Final Decision On The Construction Permit; 2) Execution Of Construction Works Within The Scope Of Material Planned For Execution - According To The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Referred To In Point 1); 3) Obtaining A Final Decision On The Use Permit.
