The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary For The Execution Of The Task, Including The Following Elements: The First Subject Of The Order Includes: Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions Allowing For The Conduct Of Construction Works For The Task In Question, The Second Subject Of The Order Includes: Comprehensive Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Agreed Design Documentation Along With The Authors Supervision, Including: 1) Design Works, 2) Preparatory And Dismantling Works, 3) Steel Structure, 4) Works Construction And Finishing,5) Electrical And Telecommunications Installations,6) Cleaning Works,7) Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz.
