The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Stage With A Roof, A Catering Set And A Storage Room As Part Of The Project Entitled: Retrofitting The Municipal Public Library In Gomunice With Comprehensive Stage Technology Equipment And Peripherals.2. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Will Include In Particular The Delivery Of: - A Mobile Platform Stage 8X6m With A Roof - 1 Set, - A Catering Tent - 1 Piece, - A Foldable Catering Table - 20 Pieces, - A Foldable Catering Chair - 100 Pieces, - A Storage Room 4X6m - 1 Piece. The Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must: A) Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Quality Certificates And Approvals And Other Documents Confirming That It Meets All Standards And Requirements Provided For By Law, B) Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Showing No Signs Of Damage Or Use. If It Is Found That The Delivered Equipment Does Not Meet This Requirement, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept Part Or All Of The Order, Preparing A Report Containing The Reasons For The Refusal To Accept. C) Meet The Requirements Specified In This Tor. The Delivery Of The Equipment Constituting The Subject Of This Order Will Be At The Risk And Expense Of The Contractor. The Minimum Period For Which The Contractor Will Provide A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For The Delivered Subject Of The Order Is 24 Months. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Deliveries To Be Made Successively. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Delivery On The Dates Agreed With The Ordering Party At Least 3 Days In Advance. The Contractor Is Responsible For Damage To The Subject Of The Order During Transport And Delivery. A Detailed Description Of The Object In Question Is Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Note: The Trademarks, Proper Names, Etc. Indicated In The Documents Constitute Only A Qualitative, Functional, Technical And Technological Standard Relating To The Subject Of The Order.
