The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Video Monitoring System To The 4Th Secondary School In Rzeszów, Together With Installation, Configuration And Commissioning As Well As Training Of The It Administrator And Staff In The Operation Of The Monitoring System, Which Includes: Preparation Of The Installation Design, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Ip Cctv System On The Premises Of The 4Th Secondary School In Rzeszów, Execution Of An Overhead Fiber Optic Connection Between Two Buildings - Team School And Kindergarten No. 8 And The 4Th Secondary School. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Reservations, Covering In Particular The Supplied Equipment, Devices And All Assembly And Installation Works Performed. The Quality Guarantee And Warranty Period May Be Extended In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Offer - A Declaration Submitted In Order To Obtain Additional Points As Part Of A Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision.
