1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Delivery Of A Truck With A Hook System, Manufactured In 2025 Or 2026 [Hereinafter Referred To As The Vehicle], Intended For Operation On Construction Sites, Gravel Mines And Other Industrial Applications, In Difficult Field Conditions. The Vehicle Will Be Intended For Operation At The Municipal Waste Landfill At The Ordering Partys Plant In Łężyce, Al. Parku Krajobrazowy 99;2) Performing Services Within 24 Months From Signing The Vehicle Acceptance Protocol (Hereinafter Referred To As Services).2. The Vehicle Or The Devices Mounted On It Cannot Be Prototypes And Should Come From Mass Production.3-8. Technical Requirements Of The Vehicle - Are Described In Chapter Iii, Points 3-8 Of Swz.9. Warranty Requirements For The Vehicle: 1) For The Vehicle, I.E. A Truck With A Hook System - 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Vehicle Acceptance Protocol; 2) For Materials Used During Services And Delivered To The Ordering Party (Excluding Oils, Greases, Operating Fluids, Wearing Parts) And For Each Service Performed For The Period From The Date Of Receipt Of A Given Service To The Next Service And 6 Months From The Date Of The Last Service.10. Periodic Inspections [Service] During The Warranty Period 1) For The Hook Device And The Scale Mounted On It Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions In The Operation And Maintenance Manual; 2) For The Truck Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Supplied Dtr Documentation, However, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Take Into Account The Specific Characteristics Of The Work, Which Is That During One, Two-Shift Work Day, The Vehicle At The Ordering Partys Plant Covers An Average Distance Of 25 Km, But The Engine Runs For An Average Of 15 Hours Per Day.Services May Only Take Place On Working Days Between 7:00 A.M.
