Electronic Reservation (In Case Of Making A Reservation),2.2.2. Electronic Ticket (If You Purchase A Ticket).3. The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Reservation And Sale Of Accommodation Includes:3.1. Searching For Hotel And Apartment Offers,3.2. Making Reservations For Accommodation In Poland And Abroad,3.3. Intermediation In The Sale Of Accommodation, Making Payments, Intermediation In Cancellations And Changes Of Reservations, Refunds.3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Proposal Of At Least 3 Accommodation Places Along With The Booking Conditions Within 4 Hours Of Receiving The Booking Inquiry At The Latest.3.5. The Price Difference Between The Cheapest And The Most Expensive Offer Cannot Be Greater Than 50%.3.6. The Ordering Party Will Make Reservations For Accommodation In Hotels With A Standard Of Two Or More Stars Or Apartments With An Area Of ​​At Least 20 M2, With A Standard Bathroom And A Kitchen (Or Kitchenette) With A Very Good Standard (8 Points Or More) In The Booking.Com Evaluation Criteria (If The Facility Has Such A Rating). Depending On The Individual Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Country Of Accommodation.3.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request A Specific Standard In An Individual Order. 3.8. The Ordering Party Will First Confirm The Reservation Of Accommodation Places Closest To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.3.9.
