Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of Seven 3-Day Stationary Training Sessions Entitled: Working With People Involved In Domestic Violence
The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of Seven 3-Day Stationary Training Sessions Entitled: Working With People Involved In Domestic Violence, As Part Of The Program For Counteracting Domestic Violence In The Podlaskie Voivodeship For 2025-2029, I.E. Providing A Trainer, Room, Food And Accommodation To Training Participants In The City Of Białystok. The Aim Of The Training Is To Improve The Competences And Expand The Knowledge Of People Carrying Out Tasks In The Field Of Counteracting Domestic Violence, In Particular In The Field Of Working With People Involved In Domestic Violence. The Training Is Addressed To Representatives Organizational Units Of Social Assistance Operating In The Podlaskie Voivodeship (Pcpr Employees Carrying Out Tasks Related To Counteracting Domestic Violence, Members Of Interdisciplinary Teams And Diagnostic And Assistance Groups). It Is Assumed That An Average Of 20 People Will Participate In Each Training, For A Total Of 140 People. The Training Should Be Conducted In An Active Form, Enabling The Exchange Of Experiences Between Participants And The Trainer And Taking Into Account Answers To Emerging Questions. Each Training Should Consist Of The Following Thematic Blocks: I. Prevention Of Domestic Violence, Principles Of Conducting Activities Preceding The Occurrence Of Domestic Violence. Ii. The Phenomenon Of Domestic Violence And The Psychological Situation Of People Experiencing Domestic Violence, The Behavior Of People Using Domestic Violence And The Possibility Of Help. Iii. Stages Of Working With People Experiencing And Using Domestic Violence.Iv. Violence Against Children.V. Domestic Violence Against Elderly And Disabled People.Vi. Cooperation In Interdisciplinary Teams And Diagnostic And Support Groups.Vii. Legal Aspects Of Counteracting Domestic Violence. The Training Will Be Carried Out In The Podlaskie Voivodeship, Within The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Białystok. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Other Terms Of The Contract Implementation Are Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu).
