The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Software And Licenses For The Development Of The Database Environment And Backup System At The District Office In Łomża Implemented From European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. - Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System Under The Contract Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-23/0623/ Ferc.02.02.-Cs.01-001/23/2024.2. The Ordering Party In This Procedure Is The District Office In Łomża, Which Carries Out Public Tasks Using Ict Infrastructure, Which Is A Key Element Of The Units Functioning In The Implementation Of Administrative Tasks, Customer Service And Maintenance Of Field Systems. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: In Particular: A) Delivery Of A Microsoft Sql Server 2025 Standard License Or Equivalent - 1 Piece, B) Delivery Of A Cal (Client Access License) Or Equivalent License For Users Or Devices Enabling Legal Access To The Database System - 50 Pieces, C) Extension Of The Backup Environment Owned By The Ordering Party With Additional Veeam Backup & Replication Licenses Or Equivalent - 20 Pieces. 4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In The Public Procurement Law, Article 101, Section 1, Point 2 And Section 3, The Contracting Authority May Not Reject The Offer Only Because The Offered Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Do Not Comply With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Articles 104-107, That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. 5.
