The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Ordering Party With Transport And Pick-Up Services For Children To Educational Institutions - Kindergartens And Schools Run In The Wilczyn Commune, For Which The Wilczyn Commune Is Obliged To Provide Free Transport In The 2026/2027 School Year, Including: Provision Of Transport Services For Students To Schools And Kindergartens In The Wilczyn Commune, I.E.: A) Primary School. The Services Will Include Transporting Students In The Morning And Dropping Them Off After School. The Indicative Delivery And Collection Plan Is Presented In Annex 10 To This Tor. The Cost Of Travel To The Starting Stops And Departure From The Final Stops After The Daily Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Covered By The Contractor From Its Own Funds. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To:  Change The Route, Departure Times Of The Bus And The Number Of Students Transported On A Given Course, Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Routes On A Given Day,  Or Extend The Transport Route, Change Transport Hours Until The Start And End Times Of Classes In Schools Are Determined,  Introduce Additional Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Changing The Days Of Transport In In The Event Of Additional Learning Days Not Provided For In The Teaching Plan, E.G. On Saturday. Additionally, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right That No Course May Be Canceled For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor. Detailed Transport Hours Will Be Agreed With School Principals After Developing Lesson Plans For The 2026/2027 School Year. Students Will Be Transported To School In The Morning On Four Different Routes, And After Classes On Three Routes. Therefore, To Carry Out The Order In Question In The Morning, 4 Buses Will Be Necessary (2 With At Least 45 Seats And 2 With At Least 22 Seats Each), While To Transport Students After Classes, 3 Buses Will Be Necessary (2 With At Least 45 Seats And 1 With At Least 22 Seats). Note: The Term Bus Means: A Bus, A Small Bus, A Minibus, A Bus, Etc.
