The Subject Of This Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Entitled: Expansion/Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 2495P Komorniki - Puszczykowo On The Section From Dw 430 To The Town Of Jeziory.2. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Right Of Option.3. Scope Of Services Covered By The Order: The Scope Of The Study Includes The Expansion/Reconstruction Of District Road No. 2495P In The Commune Of Mosina And Stęszew, In The Town Of Jeziory, On A Section Of Approximately 3.5 Km Long - From The Intersection With The Municipal Road In The Area Of The Entrance Gate To The Natural History Museum And The Directorate Of The Wielkopolska National Park (Including The Intersection - Km Approx. 7+270) To The Intersection With Provincial Road No. 430 In Puszczykowo (Including The Intersection - Km Approx. 10+680), As Well As The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On A Section Of Approximately 0.35 Km - From The Entrance To The Natural History Museum And The Wielkopolska National Park Directorate To The Parking Lot. The Scope Of The Study Also Includes The Reconstruction Of The Exit From The District Road Towards The Town Of Jarosławiec And The Exit To The Forest Parking Lot On The Opposite Side Of The District Road No. 2495P (Section Approx. 0.03 Km Long). The District Road On This Section Runs Entirely Within The Area Of The Wielkopolski National Park. The Scope Of Services Includes: 1) Basic Order - Preparation Of Comprehensive, Full-Discipline Design Documentation For The Investment Entitled: Expansion/Reconstruction Of District Road No. 2495P Komorniki - Puszczykowo On The Section From Dw 430 To The Town Of Jeziory Along With Obtaining Final Decisions Or Other Documents Authorizing The Commencement Of Construction Works, Including The Implementation Of Real Estate Division Designs, 2) Option - Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Expansion/Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 2495P Komorniki - Puszczykowo On The Section From Dw 430 To The Town Of Jeziory.
