The Car Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, Including Approval Issued In Accordance With The Act Of April 14, 2023 On Approval Systems For Vehicles And Their Equipment. (Journal Of Laws, Item 919). The Car Must Be Brand New, Undamaged, Meet Applicable Regulations And Standards, Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Third Party Rights, No Proceedings May Be Pending Against It, And Cannot Be The Subject Of Security. The Equipment Requirements And Technical Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 6 To Swz - Opz. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Payment Terms Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. Minimum Warranty Requirements: - Warranty Period For The Vehicle Interior, Engine And Body, I.E.
