The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand-New Agricultural Tractor With Additional Equipment Manufactured In 2025 Or 2026 (Number Of Mtgs Worked Max. 20) In Accordance With The Following Conditions: 1) The Contractor Will Deliver A Complete, Brand-New Agricultural Tractor To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At Ul. Marii Dąbrowskiej 8 In Konin. All Costs Related To The Delivery (Including Transport Costs) Are Borne By The Contractor.2) On The Day Of Delivery Of The Tractor, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: A) A Set Of Documents Required For Registration, B) An Extract From The Approval Certificate, C) A Safe Operation Manual In Polish, D) A Warranty Book With A Service Inspection Schedule.3) The Contractor Will Provide Free Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Field Of Operation And Maintenance Of An Agricultural Tractor.4) The Agricultural Tractor Should Have The Necessary Equipment And Documents Authorizing It. For Traffic In Poland.5) The Contractor Will Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service.
