The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Unused, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, A Transportable Motor Pump For Polluted Water Along With Accessories And A Trailer For The Volunteer Fire Department In Lubawa, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Equipment Or Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Conditions And Parameters Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of: 1) A Mobile Pump For Contaminated Water With A Capacity Of Min. 250 M³/H With Partitions Enabling The Transport Of 50 W110 Pressure Hoses On A Trailer, 2) W110 Pressure Hoses – 50 Pcs., 3) W110 Suction Hoses – 9 Pcs., 4) W110 Suction Hoses – 3 Pcs., 5) Passage Bridges To Secure W110 Hoses – 4 Pcs., 6) Floats With Suction Hose Lines – 3 Pcs.2. The Task Is Carried Out As A Purchase Of Civil Defense Equipment Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Will Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Warranty And Service Conditions Are Described In Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In The Offer Information Regarding The Offered Devices (Equipment)/Products, Specified In Point 1 Of The Table In Column 7 Of The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz For The Subject Of The Order. The Information Provided Must Relate To The Devices/Products Offered. This Information Must Be So Detailed That In The Event Of Various Configurations Of Devices/Products, It Is Possible To Clearly Determine What Device (Equipment)/Product Is Offered By The Contractor.6. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Provide The Information Referred To In Section 5, Will Be Rejected, Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law 7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Compliance Of The Offered Solutions With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of Public Data. In Case Of Doubts Whether The Offered Devices/Products Are Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party May Exercise The Right To Call On The Contractor To Provide Explanations.8. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Date Of Receipt Of The Delivery At Least 5 Days Before The Date Of Collection Of The Motor Pump. 9.
