The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Investment Task Entitled: Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Public Kindergarten No. 21 In Kędzierzyn-Koźle As Part Of The Task Entitled: Pt Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Kindergarten No. 21, Covering In Particular The Following Scope:2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Solving Problems Related To The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Public Kindergarten No. 21 With Integration Departments And Nursery No. 1 Operating In One Building In Kędzierzyn-Koźle At Ul. Filtrowa 13, Including In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Pre-Design Studies: A) Geodetic Studies, B) Geotechnical Documentation (If Necessary), C) Construction And Installation Inventory Of The Existing Building To The Extent Necessary For The Planned Reconstruction, D) Technical Expertise Of The Existing Building To The Extent Necessary For The Planned Reconstruction, E) Technical Expertise Of The State Of Fire Protection, F) Natural Inventory Of The Occurrence Of Protected Animal Species, Including Birds And Bats (Outside The Breeding Season). In The Case Of A Protected Species, A Permit Must Be Obtained For Activities Subject To Prohibitions In Relation To Protected Species;2) Conducting An Ex-Ante Energy Audit. 3) Development Of The Program And Spatial Concept; 4) Development Of Design Documentation Consisting Of: A) Construction Design Consisting Of: A.1. Plot Or Area Development Project, A.2. Architectural And Construction Design, A.3. Technical Design A.4. Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection; A.5. A Set Of All Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions Or Decisions Required By Law (Hereinafter Referred To As Formal And Legal Documents), Including Obtaining A Derogation From Technical Conditions (If Necessary), Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions Or A Decision On The Lack Of Necessity To Issue It (Obligatory), Obtaining A Declaration Of The Authority Responsible For Monitoring Natura 2000 Areas Or A Declaration From The Designer That There Is No Need For It, Obtaining A Declaration From The Competent Authority Responsible For Water Management Or A Declaration From The Designer That It Is Not Necessary Occurrence.B) Documentation For Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or For Facilities To Be Demolished (If Necessary),C) Detailed Design For Individual Industries, D) Bill Of Quantities For Individual Industries;5) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For Individual Industries;6) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate Along With A List Of Investment Costs3.
