The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Supply And Delivery Of Parts, Materials And Equipment Necessary For The Maintenance, Repair And Operation Of The Drinking Water And Sanitation Networks Managed Under Intermunicipal Management By The Vallée Des Baux-Alpilles Community Of Communes. Places Of Intervention: The Territory Of The Community Of Municipalities Vallée Des Baux-Alpilles (Ccvba) Is Made Up Of 10 Municipalities Managed Under Direct Management, Namely: - The Municipality Of Aureille, - The Municipality Of Eygalières, - The Municipality Of Fontvieille (Except Drinking Water In Dsp Until 2028), - The Municipality Of Baux De Provence, - The Municipality Of Mas Blanc Des Alpilles, - The Municipality Of Maussane Les Alpilles, - The Municipality Of Mouriès, - The Municipality Of Paradou, - The Municipality Of Saint Etienne Du Grès, - The Municipality Of Saint Rémy De Provence. This Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For All Municipalities Managed Under Management And May Be Extended To The Municipality Of Fontvieille Depending On The Expiry Dates Of Current Public Service Delegation Contracts.
