The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services In The Entire Building No. 720, C. Ú. Nové Město, Palackého 5, Prague 1 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Policlinic), Including The Provision Of All Related Services, Transport, Materials, Equipment And Supervision Necessary For Its Provision, To The Extent Specified In This Procurement Documentation. The Scope Of The Cleaning Of The Polyclinic Is Listed In Annexes No. 1 And 2 Zd. Part Of The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Supply Of Hygiene Supplies Specified In 61. 1.3 Of Annex No. 4 (Draft Contract), For Each Toilet And/Or Washroom. The Required Amount Of Hygiene Supplies May Be Reduced Or Increased During The Contractual Relationship. The Usual Consumption Of Hygiene Supplies Per Month Was: For The Year 2022 - Czk 13,400/Month, For The Year 2023 - Czk 15,200/Month, For 2024 - Czk 17,500/Month, 2025 - Czk 16,600/Month, For 2026 - Estimate Of Czk 17,000/Month.
