Miscellaneous Health Services – Open House Atemwegsversorgung. The Subject Of This Publication Is The Conclusion Of Contracts In Accordance With Section 140A Sgb V For The Care Of Insured Persons With Bronchial Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Copd) Or Malignant Neoplasms Of The Bronchi And/Or Lungs Using An App As Part Of A So-Called Open-House Procedure. All Suitable And Interested Providers Are Offered The Possibility Of Concluding This Contract At Any Time, Subject To Uniform Contractual Conditions And A Uniform Access Procedure. Individual Contract Negotiations Are Not Conducted And Individual Contractual Partners Are Not Guaranteed Exclusivity. A Contract Is Concluded With All Providers Who Meet The Requirements For The Contract And Who Have Confirmed This By Signing The Declarations To Be Completed Or The Contract.
