The Installations Concerned Are Located On Both Flat Roofs And Sloping Roofs. These Installations Are Distributed Throughout The Territory Of The Province Of Namur. The Prices Indicated In The Offer Form Are Fixed And Vary Depending On The Situation, In Particular According To The Type Of Roof (Flat Or Inclined) As Well As The Number Of Photovoltaic Panel Modules. This Contract Will Be Executed On The Basis Of Partial Orders (Qp Item), I.E. As And When Required. These Partial Orders Will Be Made Without The Member Concerned Having To Justify Their Quantity Or Frequency. No Minimum Quantity Is Guaranteed. The Total Amount Resulting From The Inventory (Unit Prices Multiplied By The Presumed Quantities) Is Used Solely For Evaluation And Comparison Of Offers. It Constitutes An Indicative Amount And Does Not Imply Any Order Commitment On The Presumed Quantities.
