Repair And Maintenance Services Of Firefighting Equipment – ​​Conservation And Maintenance Service For Fire Protection Facilities And Equipment Located In The Buildings And Campus Of The University Of Cantabria. The University Of Cantabria Has Different Fire Protection Systems Installed For The Safety Of Its Facilities And Buildings. For The Maintenance Of These Facilities In Adequate Conditions And For Mandatory Compliance With The Applicable Regulations (Basic Document Si 4, “Fire Protection Installations”, Of The Technical Building Code And To Comply With The Provisions Of The “Fire Protection Installations Regulations”, R.D. 513/2017 Of May 22), Regular Review Operations And Corrective Actions Must Be Carried Out To Correct Breakdowns Or Damages Caused By The Use Or The Passage Of Time. The University Of Cantabria Does Not Have Qualified Or Authorized Personnel Or Adequate Technical Systems To Guarantee The Conservation And Maintenance Of The Fire Protection Facilities Located In Its Buildings And Campus. To This End, It Is Considered Necessary To Initiate The Procedure For Contracting This Service, Which Guarantees The Continuous And Effective Operation Of The Facilities.
