The Vehicle Must Have A Side Door Intended For Boarding And Disembarking Passengers, An Access System Via A Fixed Or Retractable Step, Upholstered And Reclining Seats, And May Have A Mobile Armchair When Applicable, In Addition To A Compartment For Luggage And Materials Compatible With The Capacity Of The Vehicle.
