Bids Are Invited For Hiring A Company Specializing In The Supply Of Natural Tropical Flower Arrangements, Intended For The Decoration Of Solemn Sessions Held By The Municipal Council Of Ibiraçu
Flower Table Arrangement: Arrangement Composed Of Natural Flowers, Especially In The Colors, Rosé, Tea Pink, Antique Pink And Nude. Predominantly Composed Of Roses, Gypsophila, Astromeliads And Eucaflower Foliage. Table Arrangement Dimensions: 60 Cm Long; 20 Cm In Height With A Small Drop, Approximately 15 Cm. Delivery: The Arrangement Must Be Delivered On The Day Of The Session, In Accordance With The Supply Authorization, Placed On The Table Two Hours Before The Start Of The Event. Floral Arrangement Should Have Approximate Dimensions Of 50 Cm Wide By 30 Cm High. The Arrangement Must Be Arranged On A Pedestal/Support Base, So That The Set (Arrangement + Pedestal) Reaches A Total Height Of Approximately 1.00 Meters, With Assembly And Positioning Carry Out At The Event Location. Delivery: The Arrangement Must Be Delivered On The Day Of The Session, Two Hours Before The Start Of The Event. Note. The Pedestal Must Be Collected Later, On A Day, Place And Time To Be Agreed With The General Directorate Of City Hall.
