The Aim Of The Service Contract To Be Awarded Is To Meet The Security Needs Of The Employees Of The Guarded Property. The Property Must Be Protected In Accordance With The Safety-Related And Required Safety-Relevant Aspects In Compliance With The Applicable Laws, Guidelines And Requirements. Administrative Organizational Manager (Property Management) Property Management Is Carried Out By The Contractor: Single-Person, Monday To Friday (Excluding Public Holidays, December 24Th And December 31St Of Each Year) Available By Telephone Between 6:00 A.M. And 9:00 P.M. Stationary Security Service (Gate And Control Service) The Contractor Must Only Employ Experienced, Qualified And Trained Security Employees In The Stationary Security Service. The Stationary Security Service Is Carried Out By The Contractor On Site: Single-Person, Monday To Friday (Excluding Public Holidays, December 24Th And 31St Of Each Year) From 5:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M.
