For This Purpose, A Technical Building (So-Called Drilling Cellar Structure) Is To Be Built Using Reinforced Concrete Construction And Will Later Be Part Of The Outdoor Pool Area. Weld-On Plates, Load-Bearing Steel Beams, Trolley Beams), Integrated Lightning Protection System Parts, Temporary Construction Work, Construction Site Equipment. Special Features: The Work Takes Place On An Area Under Mining Law, So That The Contractor Is Appointed Under Mining Law; Highly Reinforced Components, As A Drilling Rig Will Later Be Positioned On The Building Ceiling; 9 Existing Vertical Steel Pipes (D=Approx. 76Cm) Are To Be Converted; 3 M High Noise Protection Fencing And Night-Time Camera Surveillance Already In Place; Own Asphalted Construction Road Available.
