Telecommunications Services – Provision Of Comprehensive Landline Telephony Services For The Needs Of The Tax Administration Chamber In Opole. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) The Provision Of Telecommunications Services In The Fixed-Line Telephony Network In Accordance With The Act Of July 12, 2024, Electronic Communications Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1221, As Amended), In The Field Of Telephone And Fax Calls (Local, Zone, Long-Distance, International, To Mobile Networks And Other Traffic To The Public Network), Via Ensuring Constant Access To The Public Telephone Network Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Telecommunications Services Will Be Provided Based On The Existing Telephone Numbering Currently Used By The Ordering Party In All Of The Ordering Partys Locations; 2) Lease Nw. Telecommunications Equipment For The Duration Of The Contract With The Option Of Purchasing It After The End Of The Lease Period 3) Launching Telephone Numbering In All Locations Of The Ordering Party To The Extent Described In Annex 1 To The Ppu; 4) Launching All Types Of Telephone And Fiber Optic Lines On Which Telecommunications Services, Which Are The Subject Of The Contract, Will Be Provided By The Contractor In The Scope Described In Annex 1 To The Ppu; 5) Launching And Managing The System For Monitoring The Condition Of The Ordering Partys Network Devices, Including, Among Others: Telephone Exchanges, Switches, Routers, Telephones - System, Etc. And The Traffic Generated On These Devices, As Well As Advanced Monitoring Of The Ordering Partys Internal Network By The Contractor In The Scope Described In Annex 1 To The Ppu; 6) Providing The Ordering Party With Technical Support Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent Described In Annex 1 To The Ppu; 7) Implementation Of The Nac (Network Access Control) System At The Ordering Party, Covering Selected Locations Of The Ordering Party, To The Extent Described In Annex 1 To The Ppu; 8) Implementation Of The Pam/Pasm (Privileged Access And Session Management) System Intended For Secure, Auditable Access To The Ordering Partys Network Infrastructure, Meeting The Requirements Of The Nis 2 Directive (Eu) 2022/2555, Art. 21. To The Extent Described In Annex 1 To The Ppu. 9) Provision Of Stationary Telecommunications Services On An Access Line In Gsm Technology For Two Telephone Numbers At The Multi-Person Permanent Excise Control Station - Bioagra, Głębinów 30, 48-300 Nysa, Separated From The Pool Of Ddi Numbers Launched At The Tax Administration Chamber In Opole At Ul. Witolda Pilecki 2 In Opole.
