Work Detail
Street-Lighting Maintenance Services – Public Lighting Maintenance (Ovl) 2026 Onwards - Municipality Of Son En Breugel. The Work Within This Raw Framework Agreement Will Be Carried Out Via Partial Assignments And Relate To The Functional Maintenance Of The Public Lighting Installation (Ovl). The Work Mainly Consists Of: - Supplying Masts And Fixtures; - Installing, Replacing, Mounting And Connecting Lighting Objects, Masts And Fixtures; - Coordinating Work On The Regulated Network; - Carrying Out Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Consisting Of, Among Other Things: - Organizing And Maintaining A Breakdown Watch Service; - Carrying Out Regular Maintenance; - Resolving Malfunctions And Defects; - Repairing Damage Caused By Collisions Or Destruction; - Repairing Damage Due To Age Or Wear And Tear; - Moving Lighting Objects; - Re-Aligning Crooked Masts; - Replacing Masts And Fixtures; - Reporting On The Work Performed; - Providing Damage Information In The Event Of A Collision For The Purpose Of Claim Recovery; - Providing Or Processing Revision Data. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of Four Years, Consisting Of Two Years Of Initial Term Plus Two Options To Extend By One Year. The Intended Commencement Date Of The Agreement Is September 1, 2026. Please Note: A Ceiling Amount Of €575,000 Excluding Vat Has Been Set For This Purchasing Process (See Section 3.4 Of The Registration Guidelines). Tendering With A Higher Amount Than The Ceiling Amount Is Not Acceptable To The Contracting Authority And Will Result In Invalidity Of The Tender And Exclusion From The Tender Procedure. The Contracting Authority Reasonably Expects That Under The Framework Agreement, Partial Contracts Will Be Awarded Per Year For A Total Amount Of Between € 135,000 And € 150,000, Excluding Turnover Tax. This Turnover Is Based, Among Other Things, On Historical Expenditure And No Rights Can Be Derived From It In Any Way. No Settlement Will Take Place If The Actual Turnover Is Lower. The Actual Turnover Per Year Depends On The Number Of Malfunctions, Damage, Replacements And Other Maintenance Work Within The Public Lighting Area. The Maximum Turnover During The Entire Maximum Term Of 4 Years Is Set At € 825,000 Excluding Turnover Tax. This Maximum Value Is Based On The Estimated Annual Decrease, Plus A Safety Margin To Accommodate Fluctuations In The Number Of Disruptions, Damage And Replacement Tasks Within The Ovl Area. The Realistic Expectation Is That This Maximum Size Will Not Be Achieved. If The Total Maximum Size Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Will Terminate By Operation Of Law.
