Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – 100462 Cykelbro Østerbro - Refshaleøen. In Connection With The 2026 Budget Agreement, It Was Decided To Allocate Funds For A New Bicycle Bridge Between Østerbro (Langelinie) And Refshaleøen. The Bridge Is Part Of The Agreement Urban Development And Infrastructure For Lynetteholm Between The State And The Municipality Of Copenhagen. The New Bicycle Bridge Will Connect Refshaleøen And Lynetteholmen With Østerbro, And The Future Traffic Is Expected To Be 25,000 Bicycles/Day And 2,500 Pedestrians/Day In 2070. Based On An Extended Preliminary Analysis From 2025, It Was Politically Decided That The Bridge Should Be Placed In Alignment B2a. The Bridge Is Expected To Be Approx. 480 Meters Long And Will Be Established With A Bridge Opening With A Free Navigation Width Of Approx. 60 Meters. The Alignment Runs From The Intersection Between Nordre Frihavnsgade/Folke Bernadottes Allé And Indiakaj (Ring 2) Along Indiakaj And Further North Of Langelinie Marina On Østerbro To The Area South Of Nordre Refshalebasin On Refshaleøen And On To The North-South Section Of Refshalevej, Including Both Intersections (See Overview Map). The Bridges Landings And Accompanying Facilities On Both Sides Of The Bridge Are Part Of The Project, So That A Traffic-Safe Connection Is Established From The Bridge To The Nearest Major Roads. Østerbro: The Bridge Lands North Of Langelinie Marina, In An Area Covered By The Langelinie Park, Which Has Been Protected Since 1966, Which Is Why It Will Require A Waiver From The Conservation Board To Establish The Bridge. Refshaleøen: The Bridge Lands In The Area Where The Street Food Market Is Today. The Area On Refshaleøen, On Which The Bridge Lands, Is Owned By Refshaleøens Ejendomsselskab And The Area Is Set To Undergo Major Urban Development In The Near Future. The Winning Bidder Must Take Into Account The Future Development Of Refshaleøen In Its Design Of The Traffic Solution. Layout Proposal For The Bridge, Landings And Ancillary Facilities: The Winning Tenderer Must Prepare A Layout Proposal For The Bridge, Landings And Ancillary Facilities On Both Sides Of The Bridge. In Connection With The Preparation Of The Layout Proposal, The Winning Tenderer Must, In Collaboration With His Architect, Prepare Three Proposals For How The Architecture Can Be Produced In The Expression Of The Bridge. An Impartial Architecture Group Consisting Of Copenhagen Municipalitys City Architect And A Third-Party Architect Will Jointly Recommend One Solution To The Climate, Environment And Technology Committee (Ktu). The Design Of The Bridge Is Therefore Only In This Phase, Which Is Why The Majority Of The Task Is Addressed To Engineering Disciplines. Further Planning: The Layout Proposal Is Due For Political Consideration, Expected In Early 2028. After The Political Consideration, Ktf Offers The Bridge – Including Remuneration At Both Ends – As A Turnkey Contract. In This Connection, The Winning Tenderer Transfers From Total Consultant To Client Consultant, For The Bridge. Services Regarding Client Advice Is Provided In Accordance With Fris Service Descriptions For Client Advice 2019, Section 3. The Winning Tenderer Continues As A Total Consultant On Landinger And Ancillary Facilities For Which A Project Proposal/Authority Proposal Must Be Prepared
