Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – Maskenloses Uv-Direktlithographie-System. The Aim Is To Procure A Compact Table System Suitable For Use In Clean Rooms For Maskless Uv Direct Lithography For Research, Development And Small Series Prototyping. The System Must Provide Both A Raster-Based Full-Area Exposure And An Additional Vector-Based Direct Exposure Mode To Enable High-Resolution Micro- And Nanostructures, Repairs To Existing Structures, And Contour-Accurate Line Exposures On A Wide Variety Of Substrates. This Results In The Following Minimum Requirements: See Appendix 2.
