The Aim Is To Protect The Continuity Of The Vnogs Business Operations And Vital Digital Processes. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is € 1,100,000 Excl. Vat For The Entire Term. The Agreement Has An Initial Term Of 5 Years, With The Option Of 3 Extensions Of 1 Year Each (Maximum Term 8 Years).
