Laser Printers – Replacement And Renewal Of The Printer Fleet (Output Management). A Contract Is Concluded Between The Client And The Contractor For A Total Contract Period Of 60 Months. An Extension Option For A Further 12 Months (72 Months In Total) Is Also Part Of The Contract. After Completion Of The Initial Rollout Of The Systems Defined In Annex 2 Price And Criteria Catalog, Rental Agreements For A Refinancing Period Of 30 Months Will Be Concluded For Each Of Them. After These 30 Months, These Systems Must Be Made Available To The Client Rent-Free Until The End Of The 60Th Month + The Extension Option Of 12 Months, If Requested. This Applies Analogously To All Systems Reordered Up To And Including The 30Th Month. From The 31St Month Of The Contract, All Systems To Be Reordered Will Be Purchased By The Client. The Systems For Teaching And Research Are Always Purchased By The Client. The Fixed Prices Defined For This According To The Price And Criteria Catalog Apply For 60 Months Plus The Extension Option Of 12 Months.
