Construction Work – Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S Tender For Main Contract For Soil Transport From Nordhavn To Lynetteholm. The Tender Relates To The Conclusion Of A Main Contract With One Contractor, Who Must Organize And Carry Out A Safe, Efficient And Coherent Handling Of The Earth Move From Nordhavn To Lynetteholmen. The Company Contract Includes The Relocation Of Approx. 7.6 Million Tons Of Soil. Over The Past Few Years, By & Havn And The Municipality Of Copenhagen Have Operated A Soil Depot In Outer Nordhavn, Where Clean And Slightly Contaminated Soil Have Been Deposited On An Ongoing Basis. In Connection With The Impending Development Of The Areas In Ydre Nordhavn, There Is A Need To Free Up Areas By Moving The Land That Is Currently In Intermediate Storage From Ydre Nordhavn To Lynetteholm. It Is Planned That The Soil Removal Will Be Carried Out From Various Intermediate Depots In Outer Nordhavn And Then Transported By Sea From The Quay At Terminal 4 On Oceankaj In Nordhavn To A Receiving Quay That Is Being Established At Lynetteholm. After That, The Land Must Be Built Into Ly-Netteholm. The Soil Transport Constitutes An Essential Prerequisite For The Further Maturing And Development Of The Area In Ydre Nordhavn, And The Soil Movement Must At The Same Time Support The Establishment Of Lynetteholm By Utilizing Surplus Land. The Purpose Of The Main Contract Is To Organize And Carry Out A Safe, Efficient And Coherent Handling Of The Soil Quantities, Including Necessary Workflows For Moving From Intermediate Landfill To Unloading Quay, Loading And Unloading From Oceankaj As Well As Reception And Further Handling At Lynetteholm With A View To Incorporation Into The Recovery Facility. The Main Contract Must Be Carried Out Taking Into Account That The New Container Terminal In Ydre Nordhavn Will Be In Operation, And That Other Contracts May Be Ongoing In The Area At The Same Time, Which Is Why Logistics, Access Conditions And Coordination Must Be Planned So That The Work Can Be Carried Out Efficiently And Safely.
