The Zaanstreek-Waterland Region, Together With Partners, Established A Regional Approach To Basic Skills In December 2025 For The Period 2026 To 2029. We Want Limited Basic Skills Not To Be A Barrier To Participation In Our Society By Ensuring That The Residents Of Zaanstreek-Waterland Can (Continue To) Develop Their Basic Skills And By Ensuring That Society Takes People With Limited Basic Skills Into Account. We Wish To Contract One Provider Who Can Provide Basic Skills Education To People Aged 18+ Who Are Not Subject To Integration Requirements. The Contract Includes The Provision Of Formal And Non-Formal P Language Provision Within Adult Education, Aimed At The Mastery Of Language, Arithmetic And Digital Basic Skills For Both Nt1 And Nt2 Participants. Finally, B2 Language Education, For Non-Immigrants, Also Falls Within The Scope Of The Assignment, Albeit Only Upon Referral From A Municipal Counter. See Tender Documents.
