Tenders Are Invited For National Public Tender Flora 23 Phase 2 For The Municipality Of Doesburg

In The Vicinity Of The Ribesstraat-Van Tuyllplein-Prunusstraat Location, Housing Association Stichting Woonservice Ijsselland Has Demolished Previously Dated Pégé Homes In The De Ooi District And Replaced Them With New Life-Resistant Ground-Level Homes And Apartments. These Have Recently Been Completed. The Way In Which The New Homes Are Positioned Has Consequences For The Public Space. Goal And Result The Replacement New Construction Offers Opportunities To Tackle The Public Space Around The Homes. This Must Be Redesigned In A Sustainable And Climate-Adaptive Manner, While Simultaneously Replacing The Sewerage System, Dating From The 1960S, And Installing A Separate Sewer For The Drainage Of Rainwater. Project Results In General • Redesign Of Prunusstraat, Ribesstraat And Van Tuylplein • Replacement Of The Mixed Sewer System To A New Separate System • Storage Of Water In The Immediate Vicinity • Sustainable Livable Space In The Public Area The Quantities Are Included In The Specifications (Appendix A)
