This Contract Will Be Awarded To The Tenderer Who Has Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Tender (Emvi), Being The Tender With The Best Price-Quality Ratio (Bpkv). For The Design And Implementation Of The “Realization Of The North Sea Port Headquarters” Project, The Contracting Authority Is Looking For A Suitable Partner, With Whom, After Award, A Construction Team Phase Will First Be Completed To Arrive At A Final Design. The Contractor Will Then Be The First And Only One To Make A Price Offer Based On This Final Design. If The Parties Reach Agreement On This, The Parties Will Enter Into A Contract For Further Implementation In The Implementation Phase Under The Conditions Of The Uav-Gc 2025.
