In Order To Arrive At An Optimal Purchasing Strategy That Meets Both The Needs Of Our Organization And The Possibilities Of The Market, We Organize This Market Consultation. The Municipality Of Utrecht Would Like To Make A Well-Considered Assessment Between The Following Two Scenarios: Scenario A: Provider Arc Construction Procuring A Provider Arc, Intermediary Or Broker Construction Where A Wide Selection Of Interventions Can Be Requested From Various Underlying Suppliers. Scenario B: Tender With Lots The Tendering Of Two Lots (Psychological Care And Industrial Social Work) To One Or More Suppliers Who Offer These Services Themselves.
