With This Tender, Maastricht University Aims To Contract And Implement A Future-Proof, Secure And User-Friendly Social Intranet That Forms An Integral Part Of The Universitys Digital Environment. The Reason For The Tender Is That The Agreement With The Current Supplier Is Expiring. The Current Social Intranet Provides For The Following Specific Objectives And Must At Least Meet These: 1. Informing The Platform Facilitates Effective And Accessible Internal Communication, Improves The Findability Of Information And Colleagues And Contributes To Transparent, Unambiguous Information Provision Within And Between Faculties And Services. 2. Connecting The Intranet Stimulates Active Knowledge Sharing And Collaboration Across Organizational Boundaries And Strengthens The Um Feeling And Mutual Solidarity Within The University Community. 3. Unburdening The Platform Supports Employees In Their Daily Work, Including By Facilitating Effective Onboarding Of New Employees And Sustainably Supporting Hybrid Working. The Social Intranet Must Connect To Existing Core Systems, Comply With Applicable Laws And Regulations In The Field Of Information Security And Privacy, And Demonstrably Contribute To An Efficient, Connected And Digitally Supported University.
