The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A National Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of Estimated 40,000 Full Blood Bags For The Regional Health Authorities (Helse Vest Rhf, Helse Sør-Øst Rhf, Helse Midt-Norway Rhf And Helse Nord Rhf). The Stated Consumption/Extent Is An Estimate For Information To The Tenderer And Is Not Binding For The Future Contract Volume. The Maximum Volume For The Framework Agreement Is Estimated Volume + 20%. The Four Regional Health Authorities Need To Procure Blood Bags For Full Blood. The Bags Shall Be Able To Be Used On Stand-By In Hospitals And In Municipalities. In Addition It Shall Be Possible To Use Them For Medical Tapping.
