The Condition Will Be Considered Met If The Contractor Proves That He Has:  A Current Decision Of The District Doctor Veterinary Office Authorizing The Means Of Transport Owned By The Service Provider For Transporting Dead Animals,  Current Decision Of The District Veterinary Officer Assigning A Veterinary Identification Number To The Entity Providing Services In The Material Scope, 8.1.3 Economic Or Financial Situation: The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Any Requirements In This Respect, The Fulfillment Of Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate In A Specific Way 8.1.4 Technical Or Professional Capacity: The Ordering Party Does Not Specify In This Respect, It Specifies No Requirements, The Fulfillment Of Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate In A Special Way 40.
