Construction Work For Communication Lines – Construction Of Optical Network For Vri, Io2, Chomutov – 3Rd Stage - Jirkov. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Processing Of Project Documentation For The Issuance Of A Zoning Decision (Dur), Including The Provision Of Related Engineering Activities, And The Subsequent Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An Access (Fttx) Optical Network Within The Project Construction Of An Optical Network For Vri, Io2, Chomutov - 3Rd Stage - Jirkov, Using The Design & Build Procedure (Design And Construction). The Subject Of The Implementation Will Be Divided Into Three Basic Phases: I. Project Activity In Particular, But Not Exclusively: • Processing Of Documentation For The Issuance Of A Zoning Decision (Dur) According To Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act, And Related Decrees, • Processing Of The Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction (Dps) As A Basis For Implementation, • Coordination With The Relevant Authorities And Network Administrators, • Incorporating Their Requirements Into The Documentation, • Handing Over Complete Documentation In Printed And Digital Form. Ii. Engineering Activities In Particular, But Not Exclusively: • Securing All Statements, Opinions, Binding Opinions, Decisions And Other Administrative Actions According To The Building Act, • Discussing And Ensuring Property Rights And Access To Land, • Coordination With Owners And Managers Of Technical Infrastructure, • Ensuring The Performance Of The Osh Coordinator During Preparation And Implementation, • Cooperation In Ensuring The Technical Control Of Project Documentation. Iii. Construction Activities Mainly, But Not Exclusively: • Implementation Of Earthworks For Fiber Optic Cable Routes, • Placement Of Protectors, Microtubes And Optical Cables, • Installation Of Cable Chambers, Connectors, Switchboards And Other Network Elements, • Measurement And Protocol Verification Of Network Parameters (Otdr/Olts), • Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Construction (Dsps), • Restoration Of The Affected Areas To Their Original State. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Design Of The Technical Solution (Including The Processing Of Documentation For The Issuance Of The Dur Zoning Decision And All Subsequent Stages Of The Project Documentation), For Obtaining The Necessary Permits And For The Complete Implementation Of The Construction In Order To Achieve The Functional Parameters Set By The Client.
