Surface Water Pollution Monitoring Or Control Services - Provision Of Data From Hydrobiological Monitoring Of Surface Waters And Sampling Of Biota For Analysis Of Priority Substances For 2026-2027 In Accordance With The Order Of The Minister Of Environmental Protection. In The National Program For Surface Water Monitoring, Approved By Order No. Rd-93/29.01.2026 Of The Minister Of Environment And Water, It Is Envisaged That The Executive Agency For The Environment Will Perform, By Awarding An External Contractor Under The Law On Public Procurement, 1) Monitoring Of Fish For The Category Rivers And All Biological Quality Elements For The Category Lake And 2) Sampling Of Matrix Biota (Fish And Shellfish) From The Points For Monitoring Priority Substances In Biota. The Activities Foreseen For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Are As Follows: 1. To Carry Out Monitoring Of The Biological Elements For Quality; 2. To Make An Assessment Of The Condition Based On The Results Of The Monitoring Under Item 1.; 3. To Provide Samples Of Matrix Biota (Fish And Shellfish) For Analysis Of Priority Substances From The Surface Water Monitoring Points.
